DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sage Wellbeing Co. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
We pick & pack orders almost 24 hours a day, and aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 business hours. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email for you to stay updated on when your parcel will be delivered.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We use Australia Post for our shipping unless they are experiencing delays in which case we may source an alternative carrier.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We automatically upgrade your order to free express shipping if it is over $200.
You can also pay for express shipping at checkout for $14.95 (inclusive of GST.)
Order below $89 in value will be charged a flat rate at the checkout of $9.85 (inclusive of GST)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

Sage Wellbeing Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sage Wellbeing Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
