My Current Wellness Routine
One of the issues I hear from my clients is that they don’t know how to fit in all of their wellness products. They are overwhelmed! And I get it – because I used to feel that way. But, since I stripped things down to the basics and focussed on potent whole food supplements – life got easier, my energy levels went up, my skin got an extra glow and my wellness budget went down. Win Win!
Two – Three months of the year, every year – I do a cleanse with Qenda Ultimate Fibre – see Qenda reviews and you get the picture there.
First thing – before my morning exercise I have a tall glass of water with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon.
When I return from exercise I fill up a large glass jar (you can use a shaker) and add 1 tsp LIFE – wild foods blend, 1 scoop (15g) Karuah Active Magnesium and 1 tsp Qenda Ashwagandha. I shake that vigorously and take with side shot of Zinzino BalanceOil+, 4 caps Karuah Activated Turmeric and 2 caps Sibelius Sage (Essential Nutrition.)
That is frequently enough to sustain me until lunch, but depending on the intensity of my morning exercise session, and my appetite, I might have a protein shake around 2 hours later (Highbration Organics Functional Protein Powder or nuut supercharged protein powder.)
Lunch is a serving of protein and veggies, sometimes with a miso soup.
Late arvo or when hungry again I fill up my glass jar and add 1 tsp LIFE and 1 scoop (15g) Karuah Active Magnesium.
Dinner is a serve of protein, serve of complex carbs and veggies.
My after dinner treat if hungry is a hemp milk latte with medicinal mushrooms.
I mediate and/or do yoga for 30 mins before bedtime.
In between meals I enjoy lots of water, green tea and herbs teas.
