Bloom is a beautiful restorative pick-me-up designed for the modern woman. It’s bursting with superfoods and herbs that have been chosen to support vitality, focus and clarity.

Directions:

Warm latte: Add a heaped teaspoon of bloom to a mug with 1/4 cup warm water and stir. Fill the remainder of the mug with your favourite warm or frothed milk. Add a touch of sweetener and sprinkle cinnamon on top (optional)

Iced latte: In a blender, add a heaped teaspoon of Bloom, 1 cup of your favourite milk and a touch of sweetener of your choice (optional.) Pour over ice & enjoy!
