What Is Hormone Yoga Therapy
Hormone Yoga Therapy was created specifically for menopausal symptoms 25 years ago by professor Dinah Rodrigues.
It is the only holistic yoga technique that reactivates hormone production, balances hormones and prevents and eliminates symptoms at all Menopause Stages.
How is it possible? Through specific dynamic asana (yoga exercise), Tibetan energy and specific breathing techniques. During the sessions selected inner glands are ‘massaged’ to stimulate them to produce hormones. Hormone Yoga practice reactivates ovaries, adrenal glands, thyroid gland and the hypophysis, all of them responsible for our hormone production. With ageing those glands become lazy and inactive and stop producing hormones. Hormonal imbalances and deficit cause unwanted symptoms.
