Serving Suggestion
- Serving scoop included in pack (10g - one level tablespoon)
- Mix two level scoops of Qenda Ultimate Fibre (or one level scoop for children under 12 years) in 350-400ml of water in a shaker bottle once or twice daily
- Secure lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Drink immediately. If left for a short period after shaking product will thicken.Best taken 10-30 minutes prior to meals.
- Close lid tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.

Having used Ultimate fibre in the past I knew and had experienced the benifits. Recently my partner had been opening a conversation about gut health and was looking at all sorts of products being advertised on his socials. I didn't really need to be too sneaky, but I did point him in the direction of Quenda.. We both decided to commit to at least 12 weeks of Ultimate Fibre. We are now at week 6. Wow, I decided to try this product after reading hundreds of amazing reviews. I see a naturopath regularly and "thought" I was all good....this stuff is incredible and after only on it a month so far I am already feeling so good. Regular twice daily bathroom visits (used to be maybe every 3rd day), no gut aches with certain foods, lost 2kg that I didn't know I was carrying and if anything thinks they don't have parasites in their gut...this product will soon prove you wrong. Absolutely recommend every single person use this. Although the taste is a very acquired one but it's worth it and the Wildberry is the nicest followed by the Chocolate just to slightly kill off the bitterness of the amazing natural products within. This product will be with me for life now.
