We accept Paypal, ShopPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and all credit cards. For Australian customers, we offer Afterpay.
Reviews
By accepting the terms and conditions the customer consents to receive invitations to review product(s) purchased from Sage Wellbeing Co.
To comply with Australian laws, we are required to monitor all publicly posted product reviews on our website and in accordance with Australian laws, remove any of these reviews if they appear fake, offensive, defamatory or irrelevant. This also includes reviews that imply a product has caused any medical conditions including allergies or reactions. Star ratings on reviews can not be altered by us, but we may need to edit reviews on occasion to omit words that appear defamatory or offensive. If are free to contact us at info@sagewellbeing.com.au for any further clarification on review monitoring and for a copy of the legal code. Please note that if you contact us, we can amend reviews so they can still be posted rather than remove all together.
Shipping
Dispatching Orders
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of an order. During peak and promotional times, please allow 2 extra business days for dispatch.
We use Australia Post for our orders. We reserve the right to use an alternative carrier from time to time.
We automatically upgrade your order to free shipping if it is over $130.
Orders below $130 in value will be charged a flat rate at the checkout of $10.95 (inclusive of GST)
Express Shipping: $16.00 Please allow 1-4 days for
delivery.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Starshipit with tracking information so you can keep a close eye on your package
International Shipping
Sage Wellbeing ships to New Zealand. Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sage Wellbeing Co is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
Can I Cancel My Order?
Once your order has been placed online, it cannot be cancelled. Please use the contact us page for any questions.
In circumstances where a particular product or products are not held in our main warehouse, customers might receive their order from a partner warehouse and as such items may be shipped separately.
Communication From Sage Wellbeing
By accepting the terms and conditions the customer opts in to receive via email the weekly Sage Newsletter. The customer can unsubscribe (opt out) to this at any time with an unsubscribe option at the footer of each newsletter.
By submitting your phone number you are agreeing to receive notifications from Sage Wellbeing Co and will have the option to unsubscribe (opt out.)
