Shipping Information
At Sage Wellbeing, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. Our shipping policy is designed to meet the guidelines set by Shopify and Meta, ensuring transparency and clarity in every step of the shipping process.
Processing Time:
We generally ship within 24 hours or on the next business day.
We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly, and we work diligently to ensure timely processing and dispatch.
Shipping Methods:
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. The shipping method for your order will be Australia Post.
Shipping Costs:
Orders $130 and over will be shipped free of charge.
For orders under $130 we offer a flat rate of $10.95 (inclusive of GST) standard domestic shipping Australia wide.
An Express Shipping option is available for $14.50 (inclusive of GST) domestic shipping Australia wide.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Times:
Standard domestic shipping Australia wide is usually:
2-3 days within NSW, 2-4 days to Qld, Vic, SA, 2-5 days for WA, SA and NT
Express domestic shipping Australia wide is usually:
1-2 days within NSW, 2-3 days to Qld, Vic, SA, 2-5 days for WA, SA and NT
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
International Shipping:
We currently only ship to New Zealand outside of Australia. This is a Shopify policy based on the products we sell. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout. You can view more information via the Australia Post website HERE
Sage Wellbeing Co is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
