Alternatively, it may be mixed with the beverage of your choice and consumed immediately after mixing.

How do I take this?

We recommend adding this to a protein powder like our NOWAY Collagen protein and a carbohydrate source to make a shake. You can also add it to your preferred beverage of choice either pre or post workout.

When do I take this?

Its best to take this either just under an hour before or immediately after a workout.
