How To Use Heat water (don’t boil) to about 75c (165 F) then pour 80ml over 1-2g fine powder. Whisk into a smooth, frothy consistency. Pour into a cup, add more water if required. Store in a cool, dry place. For best flavour use within 60 days of opening and refrigerate.
