Gut Loving & Delicious Muesli Bars
Who wouldn’t want a quick lunchbox prep idea that will ensure your loved ones are getting protein, omega 3’s and fibre!
Ingredients:
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c flaxseeds
1/4 c chia seeds
11/4 cup organic oats
1/4 c collagen
1/4 c Nourished Blends Gut Food
1/4 c cacao nibs
1/4 maple syrup
1/4 c water
1/2 c cacao butter, melted
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
6-8 drops of orange essential oil (food grade)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Press into a square baking tin firmly and
evenly.
3. Let set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
4. Cut into bars and store refrigerated.
