Serving Suggestion
- Serving scoop included in pack (10g - one level tablespoon).
- Mix two level scoops of Qenda Ultimate Fibre (or one level scoop for children under 12 years) in 350-400ml of water in a shaker bottle once or twice daily.
- Secure lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Drink immediately. If left for a short period after shaking product will thicken.Best taken 10-30 minutes prior to meals.
- Close lid tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.

Product sure does as it's meant to. My bowels are regular and I am fairly sure there have been some long wormy things come out. Eek! Better out than in, I say. I know it's so good for me.

Does the job. Tastes vile. But health is more important than taste! I prefer original flavour from all. Cold water in a protein shaker and skull it. It's the only way. Great delivery time as ever.
