We are pretty confident that you'll love the products that you've chosen from our highly curated store but if you are not satisfied within 30 days with your purchase we are happy to offer a Refund / Store Credit / Exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Consumer Guarantees

Sage Wellbeing's ‘change of mind’ returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and similar laws. If a product is faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do or is significantly different from its description/sample, then you may be eligible for a refund.
