Serving Suggestion
- Serving scoop included in pack (10g - one level tablespoon)
- Mix two level scoops of Qenda Ultimate Fibre (or one level scoop for children under 12 years) in 350-400ml of water in a shaker bottle once or twice daily
- Secure lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Drink immediately. If left for a short period after shaking product will thicken.Best taken 10-30 minutes prior to meals.
- Close lid tightly after opening and store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate.

I was recommended this by a friend, we’re both undergoing chemo, and constipation is a side effect. It worked well for her.
I took a quarter of the dose to start with, it had me on the toilet non stop overnight immediately and during the day.
I continued with the quarter dose for a couple more days then stopped.
I tried a half dose and couldn’t take it.
I went back to the quarter dose after the next chemo, same again, toileting overnight, no sleep.
I’m not going to use it again, I’ll see if my friend wants it. An expensive product to not use. I would have preferred to have it available in a smaller size.
