Our certified organic Resilience Tonic is a deliciously invigorating way to boost daily resilience and overall wellbeing. Made from Tasmanian Leatherwood Honey, our own apple cider vinegar, and fresh NSW Ginger and Turmeric root, this tonic is rich in anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory components that combine to support overall immunity.
Take daily with either cold or hot water – add 25 ml of Resilience Tonic to 160 ml water.

Facts About Apple Cider Vinegar
Vinegar has been traced back as far as 5000 B.C.E. in Babylon where it was used for cooking, a medicine, a preservative and a tonic to promote health and wellness. It is still used in these ways today.
Organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar contains a substance called the mother which consists of strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that give the vinegar its cloudy appearance. Many believe the mother is responsible for most of its health benefits. Acetic acid is a primary active compound giving the vinegar its tangy taste and aroma. Cider vinegars contain around 5% acetic acid and researchers believe this acid is also responsible for its health benefits. While apple cider vinegar does not contain many vitamins and minerals it does contain amino acids and antioxidants. The mother contains small amounts of prebiotics, and probiotics – healthy bacteria that are good for gut health.
