Duration

The herbs in Calm Restore were carefully selected for their calming and soothing effects on the nervous system, which are often what people who have trouble relaxing and/or sleeping restoratively respond well to. The time it takes for you to notice improvements to your level of calm, sleep and general wellbeing tends to depend on the state of your nervous system when you commence. Please note that this is not a sleeping pill and it won’t knock you out. Some people report an immediate benefit. Studies on some of the herbs in this product have shown that people experience good results for improved sleep within two weeks of regular use, however they experienced even better results when the herbs were taken regularly for 3 months. After this period, it can be used as needed or as long as you continue to appreciate its benefits.

Contraindications

Not suitable during pregnancy. This product is not recommended for those with Graves’ disease or hyperthyroidism due to ingredient Withania (Ashwagandha).

Each vege capsule contains: Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) 95mg dry extract derived from dry flower 380mg Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) 75mg dry extract derived from dry stem bark 600mg Ziziphus jujuba (Ziziphus) 75mg dry extract derived from dry seed 750mg Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) 150mg dry extract derived from dry herb 750mg Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) 200mg dry extract derived from dry root 2g Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, Vcaps, natural (not synthetic) rice husks.

Always read the label and take as directed. Adults (and teenagers over 15 who weigh more than 40kg) take one capsule three times a day with food. For children between the ages of 8 and 15 years, Liver Love may be taken at a dose of ½ -1 capsule per day. The lower the weight of the child, the smaller the dose needs to be. The capsules contain ground up foods and herbs (in a powder form) so to give half a capsule, it can be opened and the powder added to water, a fresh veggie juice or smoothie. To start an older teenager on Liver Love at the adult dose, begin with 1 capsule per day, with breakfast. After 3-4 days on 1 capsule per day, give the second capsule at afternoon tea time (now at a dose of 2 capsules per day). After a week of this, add the third capsule. Ideally when they are at the dose of 1 capsule 3 times per day, they are given with each main meal.
