Turn 100 points into $6 off your next order. Conversions start at 100 points — after that, redeem whenever it suits you.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. The program is free, there’s no membership fee, and there are no tiers you need to reach before it starts working. You earn from your first order.
Why can’t I redeem my 50 joining points yet?
Conversions start at 100 points, so the 50 you get for joining aren’t quite enough on their own — think of them as a head start rather than a reward you can spend today. A single order of $50 or more takes you to 100, and from there you can convert.
Where do I see my points balance?
Right at the top of this page once you’re logged in. You can also open the Rewards tab at the bottom of any page on our site.
How do I actually spend my points?
Use the Redeem panel at the top of this page. Every 100 points becomes $6, and you’ll get a discount code to use on your next purchase. If you have fewer than 100 points the option won’t do anything yet — you’re not doing it wrong, there just isn’t a full reward to convert.
Can I use points on the order I’m placing right now?
Points are redeemed towards your next purchase rather than the order that earned them. Convert them whenever you’re ready — there’s no rush to use them the moment they land.
Can I combine a points discount with other offers?
Your points discount works alongside our free shipping offers. It can’t be combined with other discount codes or product promotions, so if you’re holding a code as well, use whichever saves you more.
How do I earn the review points?
After your order arrives you’ll be invited to review what you bought. Reviews earn up to 80 points each, and they genuinely help other people choose well — which is the real reason we ask.
