Duration

Skin Nutrition is best taken for at least three months or as long as you are experiencing the benefits. Women who took this formulation for 8 weeks noticed an improvement in skin colour and texture, as well as a reduction in spots and dark circles.

Contraindications

Skin Nutrition is not suitable for those taking blood thinning medications. Take 1 capsule twice daily with food. For teenagers aged 14 years and above, Skin Nutrition may be taken at the adult dose. For younger children, please consult a healthcare professional to advise if this product is suitable.
