Technical manufacturing and our treatment methods

ü  Freeze dried to maximise the goodness and retain the full health benefits

ü  Freeze drying occurs at -30 to -50 degrees Celsius which sublimates/transfers the product straight from liquid to solid. This process takes far longer than the commonly used method of spray drying, using air at extremely high temperatures. N.B High temperatures degrade bio-active protein components

ü  Freeze drying is far more expensive to produce one kilogram of pure Colostrum.

How We Process Our Colostrum Tablets

We have developed a plant in which we can produce our signature high-quality colostrum products. We do not elevate any antibodies or alter our colostrum in any way. Our methods have been designed for the singular purpose of producing colostrum in a gentle, effective way.

As colostrum is heat sensitive, our plant has been set up to allow for careful temperature control throughout the entire process. Our products are freeze dried at low temperatures to ensure that when you receive your colostrum, it is packed full of nutrients.

Our process proudly supports Australian farmers, the local economy, and eco-initiatives. We farm only in small batches, with each cow and her calf cared for to the highest standards to ensure happy, healthy animals and high-quality colostrum.
