Suitable For

Duration
It takes 100 days for a follicle (which contains the immature egg cell your body produces as part of ovulation each month) to ripen. This means that your period is often reflective of your health a little over three months ago. As such, we recommend taking Cycle Essentials for at least three to four months, or for as long as you are appreciating the benefits.
Contraindications
