Lean Up Shake is a formulated meal replacement from My Way Up, the Australian gut health company. Each 50g serve gives you 30g of protein, including 10g of collagen peptides, in a creamy shake that mixes smooth with no grit.
The protein is slow-digesting Australian micellar casein, paired with bovine collagen. My Way Up then adds the part most meal shakes leave out: Bimuno® GOS prebiotic fibre to support gut health and digestion, a five-enzyme digestive blend, and the BC99® probiotic (Bacillus coagulans) to support normal protein digestion.
A broad spread of vitamins and minerals helps you meet your daily nutrient needs when a shake stands in for a meal. It is naturally sweetened with stevia leaf and monk fruit, with no added sugar, gluten, soy, maltodextrin or artificial flavours.

Per 50g serve (two scoops), 10 serves per jar: about 29.6g protein, 205 to 207 calories, 0.6 to 0.7g sugars, 4.5g dietary fibre, 2 billion CFU Bacillus coagulans. See the nutrition panel photos for the full figures.
Mix 50g (two scoops) into 250ml of your favourite milk and stir or shake well.
Enjoy 1 to 2 serves a day as part of a balanced diet. Formulated meal replacement. Must not be used as a total diet replacement.
