Duration

Liver Love is best taken for at least three months initially, to allow your body time to respond. After this, be guided by how you feel or have an experienced healthcare professional guide you, as to whether you respond best when you take these continuously, at a reduced dose, or just during periods when you feel you need some additional support. Many people have shared with us that they take Liver Love for three months, have one month off, then take it for another three months and so on.

Each vege capsule contains: Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) extract 125mg derived from minimum dry seed 8.75g Brassica oleracea var. italica (Broccoli) extract 85mg derived from fresh whole plant 3.4g Curcumin 65mg Cynara scolymus (Globe artichoke) extract 55mg derived from dry leaf 825mg Gentiana lutea (Gentian) extract 25mg derived from dry root 100mg Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, Vcaps, natural (not synthetic) rice husks.

Always read the label and take as directed. Adults (and teenagers over 15 who weigh more than 40kg) take one capsule three times a day with food. For children between the ages of 8 and 15 years, Liver Love may be taken at a dose of ½ -1 capsule per day. The lower the weight of the child, the smaller the dose needs to be. The capsules contain ground up foods and herbs (in a powder form) so to give half a capsule, it can be opened and the powder added to water, a fresh veggie juice or smoothie. To start an older teenager on Liver Love at the adult dose, begin with 1 capsule per day, with breakfast. After 3-4 days on 1 capsule per day, give the second capsule at afternoon tea time (now at a dose of 2 capsules per day). After a week of this, add the third capsule. Ideally when they are at the dose of 1 capsule 3 times per day, they are given with each main meal.
