Modified citrus pectin is a more digestible form of pectin obtained from the peels and pulp of citrus fruits. The pectin has been pH modified to make the molecule smaller. Grasses of Life Modified Citrus Pectin is premium German manufactured quality containing low-molecular weight-modified citrus pectin 1500 daltons. with approx. 92% Galacturonic Acid.
100% German made modified citrus pectin (Packed In Australia) Derived from citrus pith.
Directions: Start with of 1/4 a tsp and work up to 1 teaspoon (5g) into water or shaker, 1 hour away from food or medication.
Allow to dissolve in water for a few minutes (product will not completely dissolve in water).
