Zinzino BalanceOil+ is a Norwegian formulation of fish oil and cold pressed olive oil, with omega-3 and vitamin D. Orange, lemon and mint, so it does not taste like fish oil. 300ml, which is about a month.

Endovara Health Ultimate Cardio+ is a dual pathway nitric oxide powder. 4,000mg of pure L-citrulline and 400mg of dietary nitrates from a low oxalate rocket leaf extract, per serve. Five ingredients in total and nothing else. Natural orange flavour, 30 serves, 280g.

The reason they sit well together is simply that they are different. One is a fat, taken with food. One is a powder, stirred into water. Neither replaces the other, and both are built to be taken every day rather than now and then.

BalanceOil+: take daily with food. The Zinzino dose is based on body weight, so check the label for yours. Ultimate Cardio+: just under one scoop (9.3g) stirred into 200ml of water, once a day.
