Zinzino BalanceOil+ is a Norwegian formulation of fish oil and cold pressed olive oil, with omega-3, polyphenols and vitamin D. Orange, lemon and mint, so it does not taste like fish oil. 300ml, which is about a month.

Zinzino ZinoBiotic+ is a blend of eight dietary fibres, including resistant starch, inulin, beta glucans from oats, fructo-oligosaccharides and psyllium husk. Most fibre products on the shelf carry one or two. This one is a powder you stir into food or water. 180g.

They pair because they are not the same thing. One is a fat you take with food. One is a fibre that does its work further down. Neither substitutes for the other, and both are built around being taken consistently rather than occasionally.

BalanceOil+: take daily with food. The Zinzino dose is based on body weight, so check the label for yours. ZinoBiotic+: stir into food or a glass of water once a day.
